Exhibition spaces are available from the beginning of evening reception on September 22 to the end of the main conference(September 23-25).
The Exhibition package includes a standard (4m2) or double (8m2) exhibition space which includes the following Exhibition entitlements:
Standard booth (4m2) - 300,000 JPY
- 2m x 2m booth space, side walls, and front fascia
- One power supply outlet (max. 500 W)
- One set of 2 spotlights
- One table and two chairs
- Standard company name on a fascia
- Booth location listed in the official conference program materials with the company's name and logo
Double booth (8m2) - 500,000 JPY
- 2m x 4m booth space, side walls, and front fascia
- Two power supply outlet (max1kW)
- Two sets of 2 spotlights
- Two tables and four chairs
- Standard company name on fascia
- Booth location listed in the official conference program materials with the company's name and logo.
*Each booth is provided a maximum total electrical energy of 500W. If you need to use more than 500W, please contact the Secretariat.
*The voltage is basically 100V. If you need to use equipment requiring more, such as 200V, please contact the Secretariat.
*The plug type used in Japan is Type A, as shown in the following picture. If you need to use another type of plug, please contact the Secretariat.
